About the Competition
Annual
Sailing Competition
KUIVIŽI CUP is an annual international sailing competition held in the Gulf of Riga, on the Kuiviži coast, one of the most suitable and recognizable sailing locations in Latvia.
The competition brings together young and experienced sailors from Latvia and abroad, providing high-level sporting competition in several classes, including Optimist, ILCA, and 420. KUIVIŽI CUP is part of the Baltic Sea Trophy competition series in the Optimist class, which confirms the quality and international significance of the competition — other stages of this series take place only in regional capitals.
